Order Cancellation:
- Printed Books:
- If you wish to cancel an order for a printed book, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
- A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of processing your order is in at the time of cancellation.
- eBooks:
- eBook orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once you have downloaded or accessed the eBook, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Policy:
- Printed Books:
- Refunds for printed books will be processed if the book is returned in its original condition within 7 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- eBooks:
- Due to the nature of digital products, eBook purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
- If you encounter any technical issues with downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact our support team for assistance.
Exceptions:
- Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to the customer.
- Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
